No. The trial starts automatically when you create a stable – no payment details are asked. During the trial every feature is available with no horse limit.
When the trial ends you pick the plan that fits your stable (from €9,90/mo). Your records stay safe, and you get right back to them as soon as a subscription is active.
Medications, dewormings and vaccinations are recorded per horse with their dates, and the history can be printed. We are developing the bookkeeping to meet the statutory medication record requirements for horses – responsibility for the records always remains with the horse’s keeper.
Yes. The stable’s work runs in the phone’s browser with nothing to install, and a record takes under 10 seconds – in the stable, with gloves on. Recording a ride is the one thing that needs the Kaarto phone app (in test release); reading and editing rides works in the browser too.
Invite carers to the stable with an invite code. Everyone sees the same real-time situation, and the day’s tasks are routed to whoever is on shift.
Yes. The feeding board, care records and shift-hour lists can be printed straight from the app – for the stable wall or for payroll.
For stable matters, yes. Every team member is in the team room automatically, the history stays with the stable instead of someone’s personal phone, and you can attach a horse or a task to any message. The same conversation is open on every device you sign in to.
